OUR STORY

The Family Behind MLM Contractors

Founded by Michael Vinson in March of 2024, MLM Contractors was built on hard work, honest business practices, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Michael is an Army veteran with extensive experience in concrete recycling, grading, and business management. His leadership, work ethic, and dedication to service are the foundation of the company.


MLM Contractors is also truly a family business. Michael’s wife, Callie, serves as the company’s VP of Operations and Logistics, helping keep the business moving forward while also serving others in her career as a practicing Nurse Practitioner. Together, Michael and Callie have built MLM Contractors with the same values that guide their family: faith, dedication, service, and perseverance.


Their children are also a meaningful part of the MLM story. Their son, Bubba, already shows a love for the concrete recycling industry and enjoys helping around the yard whenever he can — even at just 6 years old. Their daughter, Leighton, brings joy and energy to the family with her love for singing, dancing, and swimming.



For Michael and Callie, MLM Contractors is more than a business. It is a reflection of their family, their faith, and their belief that when God comes first, everything else follows. Their goal is to provide customers with quality materials, reliable service, and sustainable recycling solutions that bring lasting value to the community.
